Sea Prince was built in 1953 by the world famous Abeking & Rasmussen shipyard to a design of the naval architect Philip Rhodes.
The qualities which appear in a fine yacht are not the result of chance but are carefully worked out on paper by the designer long before a first step in construction is undertaken. The recently rebuilt motor sailer is an example of careful and precise work on the drawing board.
First designed for a Canadian yachtsman by Philip L. Rhodes, the newyorker naval architect, Sea prince reflected at his time all the latest theory in design. Many of the deck and interior fittings remain originals and the restauration was undertaken to salvage most of the original parts of the yacht.
Her refined and luxurious interiors are fully air conditioned and a superb wood pannelling creates a soft yet opulent atmosphere. She features unusually large accommodation for an 82 feet vessel, with 4 comfortable double cabins and 3 bathrooms (1 en suite).
Dining is alfresco on the covered and spacious cockpit. For sun lovers there is a large size sun deck which makes an ideal vantage point whilst Sea Prince is softly cruising to her next destination.
This extremely comfortable classic motorsailor is maintained regardless of cost in an outstanding condition by a professional crew and is ideal for world wide cruising.
